Skov Law Corp. is a commercial real estate and land use boutique law firm emphasizing service and support to achieve our client’s desired business objectives. Founder, Suzanne Skov, started her legal career as a land use litigation paralegal at Nossaman LLP, a national law firm. She left Nossaman LLP for the University of San Diego School of Law in 2001 where she focused on real property, land use, and water law courses. Upon graduating from law school she returned to Nossaman LLP and in 2008 she made the lateral move to Allen Matkins Leck Gamble Mallory & Natsis. She was elevated to Senior Counsel at Allen Matkins in 2011. Ms. Skov brings her years of “large-law firm” experience to Skov Law Corp. with the goal of providing the same services at affordable rates.
Ms. Skov has extensive real estate transactional, land use, CEQA, and project management experience. The firm focuses on satisfying the business objectives of landowners, developers, REITs, financial institutions, foreign and domestic business entities, and others with real estate concerns in a timely manner. Ms. Skov is highly accessible and provides personal service with integrity to each of her clients. Her approach is practical and focused on handling all matters with the same attention and service-first approach as the larger more sophisticated matters.
Services include all aspects of real estate transactions, land use, government regulatory advice and compliance, litigation, and dispute resolution.
Suzanne is a member of the Urban Land Institute Orange County/Inland Empire District Council where she serves on the Edge Development Council as the Vice Chair of Education. She is also a member of Commercial Real Estate Women (“CREW”) where she serves on the SPIRE Award Committee. Suzanne was recently honored with an invitation to join the National Association of Professional Women.
Suzanne is a Southern California native and lives in San Clemente with her husband Leon and their two children.
